01 // Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the websites, software, or technical documentation (collectively, the "Services") provided by Valdoris Technologies, LLC ("Valdoris"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Services.
02 // Software License and Evaluation
Valdoris Trace is currently operating in a closed alpha deployment. Any software binaries, daemon executables, or console access provided to you are granted under a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable evaluation license. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the software without explicit written authorization from Valdoris.
03 // Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VALDORIS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Valdoris does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
04 // Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Valdoris or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of physical assets, or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Valdoris Trace software or documentation, even if Valdoris has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
05 // Governing Law
Any claim relating to Valdoris Technologies, LLC or the Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
